Experience The English Riviera

Torquay

The English Riviera has 22 miles of beautiful coastline, cliffs, beaches and
some of the best terrain and places of interest to visit for people who enjoy
walking. Detailed visitor information is offered free and can be obtained
from The Baytree Hotel or Torquay’s own Visitor Information Centre.
Beautiful Torquay harbour, the heart of the town

Other places of interest include Torquay Harbour where Torquay Tourist Information Centre is located. Here you can find in-depth and useful tourist information about the surrounding area.
Our favourite
places to visit
Cockington

We enjoy walking to Cockington village where we can enjoy a freshly baked scone and other tasty treats.
Babbacombe

A short drive or an adventurous walk finds you in Babbacombe. Here you can find the best fish and chips.
Harbour

We like to take a walk down
to the harbour to find a bar
or coffee shop to sit in the sunshine and people watch.

Exploring Devon and beyond

Stepping further afield you can find even more to see and do in Devon. Dartmour and its vast countryside is a short drive away. We can recommend walking routes and pubs that serve some tasty food, for the well deserved pit stop.
